This is a collection of powerful, cost effective services offered by Satchel to supercharge your staff's experience when using Satchel and other educational products.
You currently have the choice of two packages (however more are due to be added during the academic year).
CPD Accredited Training package:
- Access to our exclusive online training webinars including:
- Satchel One new teacher onboarding and training (to cover all teachers who join the school during the academic year)
- Regularly run refresher training for existing staff to learn how to get more out of Satchel One
- Google Classroom teacher training webinars
- Google for Education teacher training webinars
- Google Classroom and Satchel Integration training webinars
- Microsoft Teams teacher training webinars
- Microsoft Education teacher training webinars
- Microsoft Teams and Satchel Integration training webinars
- Training sessions will be run by our award winning training team, who have completed over 1000 training sessions with an average satisfaction score of 95%
Premium Support package:
- Introduction of a 30 minute first response SLA on tickets raised by teachers within your school
- Follow up responses after initial ticket is raised will be given highest priority
- Parents in your school will have direct access to chat support inside the Satchel One mobile application
- Video support will be provided for more complex cases to focus on resolving these issues as fast as possible

Yes all our training sessions are fully CPD accredited.
Yes, our trainers have been trained by Google & Microsoft and have certification to show they are qualified to train teachers on using Google for Education and Microsoft Education tools.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent support to our schools and this is reflected in our average CSAT rating consistently reaching over 91%, however some schools would like a deeper level of support from us and further support for their parent base. We created the Satchel Essentials offering to be able to provide more assurance to schools on the speed of response they will get and the level of service we will commit to.
